- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp cup custard powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- few grapes
- 1/2 banana finely diced
- 1 pear finely diced
- 1 apple finely diced
METHOD:
- Put milk in a saucepan;bring to boil and reduce to simmer.
- Dissolve the custard powder in little cold milk.
- Pour the custard paste into the milk in a thin stream, stirring continuosly to prevent formation of lumps.
- As the milk thickens remove from flame; add sugar and stir well.
- Let it cool ; place the finely diced fruits in serving bowl; pour the custard over them, stir gently
- Garnish with dribble of honey and some fruit pieces.
- Chill for some time and serve accordingly.
